The Prabal Gurung for Target is probably the first designer line that I truly loved...especially loved enough to actually buy a piece from the collection. The collection is so on trend for spring with the mixed prints, the kaleidoscope effect, and the color-blocking articles. I couldn't wait any longer to wear this dress. Hopefully it'll be warm enough soon to wear it with out stockings and some strappy sandals!
What do you think of this collection?
fine jacket

Love it!! I really loved this collection to. Totally has me in the mood for spring... why is there snow on the way?! GRRR
ReplyDeleteThe dress looks so beautiful on you! I'm always a fan of these kaleidoscope digital prints on others, I wish I wasn't such a print-phobe myself so I could try them out too! Loooving the jacket/fur vest combo also!
ReplyDeleteDoes Target ship out to the UK? I think this Prabal Gurung for Target dress (which was the original dress I wanted but when I first went to order it then didn't it in stock hence why i got this dress instead)

would be a good way to introduce the kaleidoscopic print even for a print-phoebe like you..since it has the black side paneling and just a strip of print in the middle. Just a thought ;)
Love your style and your look!!!

ReplyDeleteHey Heather, I think your look is super cute! I don't know if you remember me, but we had High School English together with Mr. Marx. I think it's great to see what you've accomplished. I have always been somewhat of a fashionista. Being born and raised in Manhattan, I think it's innate. Since High School, I've moved to VA and have been out here ever since. Lately, I find my fashionista side being burried by my boring surroundings. Every great piece I find, I later have to ask myself, "where am I going to wear this?" Between my boring job, being in grad school, and not much of a social life, I feel like my great pieces are a waste. I visited NYC for Spring fashion week last year and it was so wonderful going to the shows and being around so much fashion. I was super happy when people kept approaching me and asking if I was one of the models :) I so want to move back. But in the meantime, I'm stuck in boring land with a fashionista inside of me.
