Mintbox.com Blogger Event

On a very hot Tuesday night in Manhattan bloggers gathered at the Theater Bar in Tribeca to mingle and sip on some refreshing cocktails, thanks to Mintbox.com. Not only were there speciality cocktail drinks made specifically for the event (go to the Theater Bar and ask for a Mintbox you won't be disappointed) but they also had a make-up station set up from NARS and a hair station from ARROJO hair studio. This gave us bloggers the chance to get all beautified after making the sweaty walk over to the bar.

This event was full of laughter, making new friends, even seeing some old ones and meeting people face to face for the first time. It's always fun to meet someone that you have had conversations with via email but it's even funnier to meet a blogger that you follow, which is what happened with Fashion Solace and I. I noticed her since she has style that stands out and I just recognized her face. I never know how to go about introducing myself to a blogger that I follow without seeming uber stalker/creeper but I always do...and I'm okay with that. I like to think it leaves a lasting impression.

I couldn't be more thrilled to have taken part in a partnership program with Mintbox.com. It's always nice to find a company that is willing to work with bloggers of all sizes and that truly understand our importance.
