Inspirational Monday: Alexander McQueen

In yesterday's Outfit Post: Alexander (Wang) Meets Alexander (McQueen) I let you all into my crazy sick obsession with Alexander McQueen. I thought it would be fitting to dedicate this Inspirational Monday to McQueen.

I actually have that Marc by Marc Jacobs skull necklace. I picked it up while shopping for my mom's Mother's Day gift at his Marc by Marc Jacobs accessory boutique. Can you believe that it was only $10?! Anyway as soon as I saw it I thought OOOO how very McQueen of him. I have always had a thing for skulls. I'm not sure what it is but they are beautiful in a twisted way.

    There is nothing wrong with having a McQueen obsession, I'm certainly in that club!
    His (and now Sarah Burton's) collections are always so beautiful.

    I agree with RCagz! I think he was incredible (obviously!) and Sarah Burton is making a really good job of taking on his legacy. xx
